Overview
An induction seal liner is a laminate with aluminium foil at its heart. The sealing head never touches the liner: the induction field heats the foil, the heat seal layer against it melts onto the bottle mouth, and the weld sets on cooling. The result is a hermetic, tamper-evident seal that holds from the filling line to the end user.
The rule that matters is material matching. The heat seal layer must belong to the same polymer family as the container mouth, so a PE bottle takes a PE grade, a PET bottle a PET grade and a glass jar a glassy grade. Tell us what you fill and the container type, and we configure the build for you.

How it is built
A two-piece induction liner bonds a heat-seal foil membrane to your container mouth, with a paperboard backing ring that stays in the cap for resealing and tamper evidence.
Why this family
PE, PET, PP and PS grades engineered to weld to the exact polymer of your bottle mouth.
A foil-to-lip weld that keeps contents fresh and proves first opening.
A pulp backing that stays in the cap for resealing, or a clean one-piece finish.
Every standard diameter, printed or embossed on request.
Variants
Each heat seal grade welds to one polymer family. Pick the row that matches your bottle mouth, and the structure is configured from there.
| Variant | What it does | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| PE seal layer | Welds to polyethylene bottle mouths | Lubricant and agrochemical bottles, daily chemicals |
| PET seal layer | Welds to PET bottle mouths | Personal care and household fills |
| PP seal layer | Welds to polypropylene containers | Food condiments and daily-use packs |
| PS seal layer | Welds to polystyrene lips | Dry goods and specialty packs |
| Two-piece build | The pulp backing stays in the cap for resealing while the foil stays on the bottle as tamper evidenceThe classic build for liquids that are opened and closed again | Lubricants, syrups and household chemicals |
| One-piece build | The whole liner leaves with first opening for a clean finishNo backing left in the cap | Single-serve packs and dry fills |
Seal faces
The foil face carries your choice of finish: plain for a clean industrial look, printed with your brand and seal message, or steel-stamp embossed for tamper evidence you can feel.
