Overview
Pressure-sensitive liners carry an adhesive face that bonds to the bottle lip as the cap is tightened, so no induction machine and no heat are needed. They suit dry and powder fills where a foil weld is not required, keeping the filling line simple.
PS22 and LB grades cover two needs: a one-piece liner for repeated resealing, and an anti-counterfeit label grade for brand protection. Both bond across glass, metal and plastic containers.

How it is built
A pressure-sensitive liner bonds to the bottle mouth under cap torque alone. A tack adhesive layer sits on a foam or board backer, with no induction machine and no heat.
